Lerato Mabalane is a BSc Human Physiology and Pharmacology graduate with a strong foundation in scientific research, laboratory practice, data analysis and structured problem-solving — and she is building on that foundation toward healthcare data and analytical work.

Her academic training developed experience in scientific documentation, literature review, research methodology, experimental design, data collection and analysis. That training is the reason her analytical work is built around verification: every project on this site separates what a source supports from what still requires checking, and keeps a human review step where the decision matters.

She has built on that background with practical data skills — data cleaning and organisation, Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, Azure SQL and Power BI — alongside formal knowledge of modern data platforms through Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900), and is continuing with Data Analytics coursework on Microsoft Learn.

She works across both sides deliberately: pharmacology and physiology give her the healthcare and scientific domain understanding, data analysis and visualisation give her the means to interpret and communicate it, and AI and digital tools support the research, organisation and workflow around that work.
