Digital Productivity & Workflow Project
A self-directed workspace and portfolio build
Digital Productivity / Workflow
Self-directed digital work: an AI-assisted workspace project focused on organising tasks and information, and a professional portfolio website used to present projects, skills and evidence.
01 — The Problem
Self-directed work spreads across notes, files and tools. Without a deliberate structure, information becomes hard to retrieve and progress becomes hard to show.
02 — Objective
Organise personal project work into a consistent digital workflow, and build a portfolio that presents the work with its evidence attached.
03 — Approach — what I did
- Set up a workspace structure for tasks, notes and project files.
- Used AI tooling as an assistant for drafting, structuring and reviewing content.
- Built and iterated on a portfolio site to present projects, skills and supporting files.
04 — Tools used
05 — Process
06 — Output
- A working personal workspace structure for project and task organisation.
- This portfolio website, presenting projects with their documentation.
07 — What I learned
- How to design a workflow that stays usable once the volume of material grows.
- How to use AI tooling as part of a build process while keeping the decisions and the review human.
08 — Limitations
- AI tooling was used as a tool. No AI model was built, trained or engineered.
- These are personal projects; they are not commercial products and have no user base or usage figures.
09 — Skills demonstrated
10 — Project evidence
This project is presented based on the available documentation. Additional screenshots and links will be added as they become available.
